Michelle Sidun Massage Therapist
I have been a healer all of my life in one way or another. I entered the field of massage therapy after a major injury to my neck. Massage and Chiropractic care healed me without surgery and I was moved to offer that healing to others. I have experience with a wide variety of diagnoses and physical limitations. My intention is to assist you in your healing process and facilitate that healing. The benefits of massage go far beyond relaxation, pain management and relief.
Felicia Einar-Viljar Massage Therapist
I’m Felicia, a mother of 6 very spirited, goofy children. We moved from Windsor Colorado to Hana, Wyoming and we were excited to have joined the Aspen Family Chiropractic family.
When I was in 5th grade I had 3 careers I wanted to do when I grew up: Interpreter for the deaf, a massage therapist, and a mechanic. As life progressed, being a mother of one and expecting number 2 I did go to college and completed my ASL 1-6 and deaf studies in history but was unable to complete the last 2 years to gain my certification. Life happened….add 3 more kids, I was able to find my way to Utah College of Massage Therapy part of the Steiner Education group and did night classes while homeschooling my kids. So I achieved 2 out to the 3…not bad!
I would massage my mom, my brothers, sisters, and friends throughout my life and everyone said I should pursue the career. I started gaining interest in reflexology when I was 12 and studied more in that than my actual homework. It took me years to come around and once I admitted to myself that I loved doing it, why not, being a legal massage therapist has been one of the best choices I have ever made in my life. I love helping others feel better. Sometimes it takes a while to see the progress but I know through experience that there will always be progress. I have taken extra training in cupping, reflexology, and even specific Migraine massage techniques. My favorite massages to give are a good 90 minute massage with some deep tissues, a little bit of cupping or hot stones!
We all just need some time, tender love, and care to help life ease up and become better.
